REGAL CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 c. mashed banana
1 c. oil

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in almond extract, pineapple, almonds and banana.

Spoon batter into greased and floured pan (10 inch tube). Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and immediately frost with the following frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. instant tea
1/8 tsp. salt

Cream butter and cheese gradually. Add sugar, tea and salt beating until light and fluffy.
