CORN CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. salad oil
2 cans cream style corn
1 c. jalapeno cornbread mix
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. bell pepper (if desired)
Pimento (if desired)
1 c. med. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Just before taking off oven sprinkle grated cheese over top and melt.
