STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 (#2) can (1 lb., 4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. of wild strawberry Jello
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) Dream Whip or Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Put #2 can of crushed pineapple in a saucepan and stir in 3 ounce package of strawberry Jello. Heat just to boiling. Refrigerate until it thickens. Fold in 1 carton (12 ounce) cottage cheese, 1 large Dream or Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate until firm.
