BROCCOLI - ONION CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 1/2 tsp. dry salad dressing mix (Ranch is suggested)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
1 c. mushroom soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Cook broccoli and drain. Place in 3 quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese, 2 teaspoons dressing mix and 3/4 of the onions. Combine soup and evaporated milk and pour over casserole. Sprinkle with remaining dressing mix. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Add remaining onions and bake 3 to 5 minutes longer.
