1 egg
1 egg white
3 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. raisins
Cinnamon

Beat egg and egg white slightly in medium-size saucepan. Stir in rice, sugar, milk and raisins. Heat mixture to boiling, lower heat; cook stirring until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
