2 c. Rice Chex Mix cereal
1 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter, melted (about 5 tbsp.)
1/2 c. brown sugar

Crush Rice Chex. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle over ice cream.

Variation: Put half of mixture on bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Spread ice cream over it. Top with remaining mixture.
