CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 eggs
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 lbs. chicken breasts
1/4 c. vegetable oil
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce

Beat eggs. Dip chicken first in eggs, then in bread crumbs. Brown chicken in vegetable oil. Arrange in baking dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese cheese. Pour Ragu spaghetti sauce over and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
