CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
Thinly sliced and pounded chicken cutlets
Thinly sliced cold cut ham (like Boar's Head)
Thinly sliced Alpine Lace or Swiss cheese
1 stick melted butter
Flavored bread crumbs

Layer a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on a chicken cutlet. Roll and dip in melted butter and dredge in flavored bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. (May be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.)
