BOURBON MARINADE 
4 lb. chuck roast

Marinade:

5 oz. soy sauce (about 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. bourbon (brandy)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Seasoned salt

Mix together all marinade ingredients. Marinate roast in shallow pan overnight, occasionally turn over. Cook on grill 5 inches from coals for 30 minutes per side.
