MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 c. water
1 tbsp. instant beef bouillon, granulated
16 oz. tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. sliced halved zucchini
2 c. fresh spinach
1/2 c. acini de' pepe

In large skillet or Dutch oven, brown sausage (breaking up in small pieces). Add all except last three ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are almost tender. Stir in last 3 ingredients. Cover and cook 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
