RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked rice
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can Mexicorn, drained
2 c. celery, chopped
several chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper

Dressing:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Mix all well. This makes a large salad and is very delicious. Nice for serving a large crowd.
