SUPER WILD RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked wild rice, cooled (1 c. uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped red pepper or pimiento
1/4 c. ripe olives
1/4 c. stuffed olives
1/4 c. onion
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
3 eggs, hard boiled, diced

DRESSING:

3 c. Miracle Whip
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix dressing together. Add salad ingredients; keeps well. Serves 10 to 12.
