TACO BISCUIT BITES 
1/4 c. taco sauce
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
2 c. biscuit mix
2 tsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Add biscuit mix, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 4 or 5 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with a 1 1/2 inch biscuit cutter.

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
