CRACKER BARREL BISCUITS 
2 1/4 c. Bisquick mix
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix first three ingredients together. Add melted butter into the batter. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn onto surface that has been dusted with flour. Knead 20 times. Roll 1/2-inch thick. Cut out biscuits. Place in an ungreased 8 x 8 cake pan. Flatten slightly and brush with melted butter.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
