CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
BATTER:

1 c. flour (good with whole wheat)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. leaf oregano
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. ground beef, sausage, pepperoni (or mix)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. combined: 8 oz. tomato sauce, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slightly brown meat; drain. Grease and dust with flour or cornmeal a 12 x 14 inch pizza pan. Prepare batter; combine and mix all ingredients until smooth and pour into pan. Arrange topping of meat, onion, and well drained mushrooms over batter. Bake on low oven rack for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove and drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven 10 to 15 minutes.
