CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, sausage or 1 c. pepperoni

BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

Meat mixture
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. pizza sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella

In skillet brown ground beef or sausage. Season to taste. Drain well; set aside.

Lightly grease and dust with flour or cornmeal 12-14 inch pizza pan. Prepare batter, mixing until smooth. Pour batter into pan, tilting so batter covers bottom of pan. Arrange topping of meat, onions, and mushrooms over batter. Bake in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven; drizzle pizza sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes.
