1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, med. chopped
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 c. cheese, mozzarella

Brown hamburger with onion; set aside. For batter, mix well together flour, salt, Italian season, pepper, 2 eggs and milk. Pour batter in pizza pan, scatter on meat and onion, then mushrooms, sauce and cheese last. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until crust shows brown around the edges. Bake with foil under pizza pan in case of splatters.
