CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or sausage, browned & drained well
1/4 c. chopped onion (opt.)
1 c. (4 oz.) mushroom stems & pieces (opt.)
1 c. pizza sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Or 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni.

1. Lightly grease and dust with flour a 12" to 14" pizza pan or 15"x10" cookie sheet. Prepare batter by mixing until smooth. Pour into pan tilting pan so batter covers bottom.

2. Arrange topping over batter.

3. Bake on low rack of oven, 425 degrees, for 25 to 30 minutes until pizza is deep golden brown.

4. Remove from oven. Drizzle pizza sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
