CRABMEAT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. crabmeat, flaked
4 green onions, chopped with stems
1/2 lemon
1 c. Hellmans mayonnaise
2 hard cooked eggs
Salt
White pepper
Pimento strips
Lettuce

Mix crabmeat and onion together and squeeze lemon juice over them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise, mix well and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Grate eggs and sprinkle on top. Decorate with pimento strips.
