NO BAKE PINEAPPLE PIE 
24 marshmallows (not mini)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
Graham crackers

Line a deep 10 inch pie plate with the graham crackers, fitting them in to cover the bottom and sides of the plate.

Drain juice from the pineapple and place juice in top of double boiler. Add marshmallows and heat until marshmallows dissolve. Cool.

Whip the cream. Add to the cream the walnuts, cooled pineapple/marshmallow mixture and crushed pineapple. Pour into lined pie plate and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Chill for several hours.
