I have been using this recipe for quite sometime now and I find that it works well with different flour variations. I went gluten free and it even works with Brown Rice Flour, it was so good.

This was a great recipe, similar to pastry dough. I'm 14 years old n I had made this for a family dinner without any help, and it worked out perfectly, although it did not take long to bake, since the oven was on 400°F. I recommend this recipe, its super easy to make!

Decent, but needs more flavor. I guess I should have added some myself but if I was that good I wouldn't have needed the recipe :)

Here's my variation:

2 cups flour

half tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk (better than water)

THATS IT!! NO OIL AND IT IS SOO GOOD!

Made calzones. Saute onions and mushrooms, put in cheese and cream cheese. Yummm!

Fantastic, I have recently found I can not longer eat yeast and was craving a pizza - this did the job. Its not as good as a proper pizza but it a great alternative and one I can eat. I will make this again.

WOW!!! ThIs recipe is fantastic, after reading all the reviews I just hoped it lived up to them and it certainly did! I would definitely recommend. I made two pizzas from the above quantitys and they were very filling so the next time I halved the quantities and still made two pizzas the same size but rolled them out really thin and were really thin and crispy and not over filling so will definitely half in future, give it a go! Many thanks

I usually use store bought dry pizza crust mix such as jiffy. Had an accident when making pizza tonight and dumped almost half of the flour mix on the floor. Needed something fast. This worked great. Tasted very similar to what I normally use! Thanks for the recipe!

Awesome recipe, I wanted to make dough but had no yeast, I never thought it would come out this good and I always make my own dough. I even grilled it, it was perfect. THANK YOU!!!
