EASY CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cut up fryer chicken or preferred chicken parts
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix (1 envelope)

Mix rice and soup together in deep casserole dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Pour 1 1/2 cans water over chicken. Sprinkle envelope of onion soup mix over chicken. Bake approximately 2 hours at 325 degrees; cook covered.

I use between 3/4 and 1 whole envelope onion soup mix depending on how much chicken I have.
