BEER BREAD 
12 oz. warm beer (any brand)
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
butter

Mix all ingredients, except butter, in a large bowl. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and brush top with butter. Serve while still warm.
