BEER BREAD 
4 c. self-rising bread flour
4 tbsp. heaping sugar
1 (14 oz.) can beer

Mix in halves in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes. Cover loosely with foil for first 20 minutes. Makes 2 loaves or 1 tube pan.
