CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. boneless chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
1 can mixed vegetables
Homemade biscuits

Cook chicken then cut into pieces. Melt butter in a baking dish. Place chicken in dish. Cook chicken soup and mixed vegetables and pour over chicken. Make biscuits and place over mixture, then bake at 400 degrees in oven until biscuits are brown. (You can use canned biscuits.)
