GRILLED TURKEY TENDERLOINS 
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1 lb. fresh or frozen turkey tenderloins, thawed

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey; mix well. Place turkey in 8 inch square (2 quart) baking dish; pour marinade over turkey. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.

When ready to barbecue, place turkey on grill 4 to 6 inches from medium high coals. Cook 13 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. 4 servings.

BROILER METHOD: Prepare turkey as directed above. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 18 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
