BOHEMIAN SULC. (Headcheese) 
4 pig's feet
2 lbs. pork shoulder
1 lb. veal (optional)
(May use more pork)
1 tbsp. salt
3 bay leaves
5 whole allspice or 1 tsp. powder
4 tbsp. vinegar or more to taste
2 tbsp. sugar
1 onion, sliced

Put washed pigs feet and meat into pot with water to cover. Add salt, bay leaves, allspice and sugar. Cook 3 hours. Add sliced onion while boiling. Strain soup. Pick skin off pigs feet and chop together with meat. Return chopped meat to soup. Add vinegar and boil 1/2 hour more. Pour into shallow dish. If it is not jelled enough, put in 1 package of Knox Gelatin.
