CHESS PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coconut, optional
1 deep dish pie shell

Combine the milk and vinegar together and set aside. In a large mixing bowl blend the remaining ingredients together until moistened. Then add the milk mixture until thoroughly blended. Pour into an unbaked deep dish pie shell. (Note: A deep dish shell is needed or the mixture will over flow.) Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
