1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pt. size American cheese
Salt if needed

Cook and drain hamburger. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Mix hamburger and macaroni together in baking dish. Mix in spaghetti sauce (more sauce if desired).

Top with slices of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese is melted.
