HAMBURGER-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. noodles, cooked
Salt
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream

Cook and drain noodles, salt to taste, drain well. Cook hamburger and onion until well browned. Combine this with noodles in oiled roasting pan, add mushroom soup and mix well. When this comes to boil add sour cream and mix well, when it is brown on top, add grated cheese. Serve warm with dinner salad and rolls.

I added sautéed mushrooms with sautéed minced garlic and a small amount of wine for extra flavor then baked for 30 minutes. Easy and delicious.
