HAMBURG NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
6 scallions
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Sharp cheese, grated

Take color out of hamburg in saute pan, add salt and pepper as desired and tomato sauce. Simmer 25 minutes. Add cut up onions to sour cream and butter and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Cook noodles. Layer 1. noodles; 2. hamburg mix; 3. cream cheese mix. Repeat again. Top with grated cheese, use drip pan or 2 quart pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
