HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 sm. pkg. dry egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 med. egg
1 c. crushed potato chips

Brown hamburger; drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add onion soup and simmer 5 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Add to hamburger and onion mixture. Mix cream of chicken soup and egg to hamburger and noodles. Put in casserole pan and sprinkle with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
