1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling
2 pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
24 vanilla wafers
Cherries, optional

Beat all together (except wafers). Place 1 vanilla wafer in tin foil cupcake papers. Fill 3/4 full with mixture. Bake 350 degrees 10 minutes. Cool then put pie filling on top of each. Chill. Can add cherry on top, optional.
