BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. head cabbage, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup Salt and pepper Brown ground beef and drain fat. Salt and pepper to taste. In casserole, layer of ground beef, then layer of cabbage, and sprinkle onions; repeat layers. Top with undiluted soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
