SIMPLE FLANK STEAK 
flank steak
6 deli sandwich rolls

MARINADE:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/2 cup soy sauce

Combine olive oil, ketchup and soy sauce and stir until mixed. Marinate flank steak in mix at least one hour (overnight is best).

Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side on medium-high. Slice thin across the grain of the meat and serve on deli buns.

Add grilled onions and peppers for best presentation!

Serves 6.
