C.'S CHILIE CON QUESO 
Saute:

1 fresh tomato, chopped (2 or 3 are better when tomatoes are in season)
1 can green chilies, chopped (2 cans are better)
1 can Jalapeno chili
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces

For best results, use a Teflon pan only. Simmer first 4 items (after onion is sauteed) until most of liquid is absorbed. Add Velveeta cheese and simmer on very low heat until cheese is melted and heated through. Add a pinch of garlic powder or garlic salt if desired.

Serve with Doritos or plain corn chips.
