SHRIMP FETTUCINI 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles
1-2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
1-2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned & deveined
8 oz. sour cream
2 shallots

Boil fettucini, drain and set aside. Saute in butter the shallots and garlic. Add sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Add shrimp, continue to saute a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove heat, add fettucini to sauce. Serve immediately.
