SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 c. broccoli
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. half and half
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. fettucini noodles
Fresh ground pepper

Boil fettucini noodles until tender. Drain and set aside. Saute mushrooms, broccoli, scallops, and shrimp until shrimp turns white in butter. Add crab meat and half and half. Cook until mixture bubbles. Mix Parmesan with cornstarch. Add to bubbling mixture gradually until mixture thickens. Add noodles and toss. Pour onto large platter and sprinkle with pepper. Serves 6.
