SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
3 sticks butter
3 med. chopped onions
3 ribs/stalks chopped celery
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. flour
1 bunch chopped parsley
2 lbs. cleaned shrimp
1 lb. canned crabmeat
2/3 c. liquid half and half
1 lbs. jalapeno, Velveeta cheese
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp. chopped/smashed garlic
1 lb. cooked, drained fettucini
Parmesan cheese (sprinkle on top)
1 c. white wine

Melt butter and saute vegetables. Add flour for thick mixture. Stir and cook 15 minutes and then add seafood, half and half, and cheese, blending well. Season to taste with diced green olive past and let cook 20 minutes. Add wine, cooked fettucini and toss gently. Pour into casserole dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
