DUTCH APPLE PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
5 to 6 sliced tart apples
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter

Place the apples, sugar, and cinnamon in the pie shell. Mix the flour, brown sugar, and butter together to make crumbs and place on top of apples. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
