DUTCH APPLE PIE

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
English sliced & peeled apples to fill plate

Put sugar and cinnamon in sliced apples.

DOUGH:

2 c. flour
2/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. milk

Mix ingredients for dough; line pan. Put apples on dough.

TOP:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
