GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
1 individual pack of graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. softened butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. "cook and serve" pudding mix
2 c. milk

Finely roll graham crackers. Pour crumbs into a bowl. Add sugar and butter. Blend well with fingers, fork or pastry blender. Pour crumb mixture into 9-inch pie plate and press firmly on bottom and sides to form shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes; cool.

Prepare "cook and serve" pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate) and milk according to directions on the package; chill. Fill the cooled graham cracker crust with the chilled pudding. Return the pie to the refrigerator to set up further (approximately 3-4 hours). Makes 6-8 servings.
