CHEESY POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns, frozen kind
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan mix potatoes, chicken soup, cheese and onion. Mix in sour cream, top with corn flakes and pour melted butter over flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
