CHEESY POTATOES 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Ore Ida hash browns pkg. 8
16 oz. sour cream
2 blocks med. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 c. corn flakes
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper

Spray 9 x 13 inch glass pan with Pam. Place 6 of the potatoes on bottom. In large bowl, mix cheese, sour cream, and soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1/2 of mixture over potatoes. Layer remaining hash brown; pour remaining mixture over these. In microwave, melt butter. Mix in corn flakes; stir until well coated. Pour evenly on top of mixture. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
