1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can cream of celery soup 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1 to 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Place frozen hash browns in pan. Mix 1/2 cup butter, soup, cheese, sour cream and salt. Spoon over potatoes and spread. Sprinkle corn flakes over top. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
