CHEESY POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns (8 patties)
1/2 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-3 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Corn flakes

Thaw hash browns. Mix with melted butter (2/3 of the amount), sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cheese. Top with corn flakes and the rest of the melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or put in 9"x13" glass pan and microwave for 12 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
