CHEESY POTATOES 
10 potatoes
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion
1/2 c. chopped celery, leaves too
4 slices bread, cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper
1 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
Crushed corn flakes

Cut up potatoes like potato salad. Mix all ingredients except butter, milk and corn flakes in a 9"x13" pan. Mix melted butter and milk, pour over mixture. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
