CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
4 c. sliced potatoes

Mix salad dressing and flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thick. Add cheddar cheese, stir until melted. Pour over sliced potatoes in 6 x 10 inch baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
