CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 sm. onion 1 can broccoli cheese soup 1/3 c. milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 med. potatoes, cooked & sliced In a skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onions until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally. |
