CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 c. sliced potatoes

Oven temperature 350 degrees.

Mix salad dressing and flour. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add Cheddar cheese; stir until melted.
